Nut feeder

AUTOMATIC FEEDERS (nuts, etc.) are designed to automatic insert the oriented part into the welding (assembly) machine.

AUTOMATIC FEEDERS ensure:

  • Dosing of nuts from the hopper into the vibrating device
  • Nut orientation.Mechanical and optical inspection.
  • Transfer of oriented nuts to the feeder, pneumatic transport.
  • Inserting nuts into the welding machine, e. g. on the electrode tip
