Shredder DP 30-350/630

High-speed knife mill, plastic shredder, designed for high performance and volumetric shredding of large materials, especially plastics. It reliably shreds plastics, rubber, wood chips, textiles, paper, electrical scrap, electrical cables, polystyrene, PET bottles, PE films or microtene films.

It is characterised by having two engines. It brings benefits such as:

• Even distribution of force on the shredder shaft.
• Less energy consumption when starting the shredder.
• When shredding a smaller volume, it is possible to use only one motor, which saves energy.

The robust rotor of the shredder with flywheels helps to shred coarse materials. The shredder can be used effectively especially in plants dealing with the shredding of technological and municipal waste for the purpose of its subsequent recovery. The shredder is used together with a transport fan and a cyclone, which transports the shredded material to the collection point. It is possible to set a minimum shear clearance of 0.1 mm, which makes the shredder suitable for shredding PET bottles, PE films and microtene films. The unfolding hopper mechanism holds the unfolded hopper in any position. The shredder can also be made with a film feeder.
