Shredding lines

A technological shredding line ensures complex processing of shredded material. The basic line consists of:

• Input conveyor to the pre-shredder (more information), can be equipped with a magnetic separator (more information).
• Pre-shredder (A11 / A30): prepares the material for final processing.
• Transport conveyor (more information) from pre-shredder to shredder
• Shredder (DP 11 / DP 18.5 / DP 30 / DP 37) for final shredding
• Air transport of the final shredded material by the transport fan (more information) and cyclone (more information)
• BIG-BAG stand - storage of shredded material. (more information)

Shredding lines can be extended with magnetic separators, dedusting equipment, or other accessories based on your requirements.

For shredding lines, it is important to optimize the shredding performance of the pre-shredder and the shredder so that the entire system operates at optimal load with minimum energy consumption and maximum shredding efficiency.
